Bid increments at Flanders Auctions

The auction will follow a specific bid increment when the auction is taking place. The next possible bid will be approximately 10% higher than the last bid amount. For example, when the last accepted bid was €1.000,00, the next possible bid will be €1.100,00, €1.200,00, €1.300,00. It is possible that an auctioneer will grant you a price deviating from the bid increment, but the option will also be given to the counterparty.
