A sealed theca with a relic and document, Ex Habitu Beata Maria Ale Angelis, Virg. Ord. Carm. 

The theca has a relic for Beata Maria Ale Angelis, Virg., or probably Marianna Fontanella. 1661-1717. Beatified in 1865.

Theca made of metal with an image of Mary. 

The theca has a document made under the supervision of Joannes-Ignatus Scherpereel and is dated 7/09/1865. 

The theca has a document that has been made under the supervision of Bishop: Godehardus M.J. Heigl and is dated 12/10/1908.
